Depression, In A Behavioral Intervention Earlier This Week

“Some clients describe it as their heart dropping in their body, like they are falling. Others describe it as something heavy sitting on their chest. Others say it’s like their heart became heavy and is hard to carry around. Others say their whole body became hard to move, like you’re walking through sludgy oil. Depression feels different from anxiety. One thing is for certain. It is painful, in a way you’ve never experienced before. And in that moment that you are flooded with it, you’d do anything to get it to go away.”
